Ryoma Takemasa is Techno/Deep House prodeucer. He released first CD album calls "Catalyst" in October 2012. Actually That "Catalyst" is using sample from Theo Parrish "You Forgot". Ryoma and we got Theo's big support for giving the permission to use sample to us. That track was new born getting new emotional soulful vibes and inspiration from "You Forgot" sample."Mr. & Mrs" is interesting collage of sound noise for greetings and opening this album. "Strictly Street (My Home Setagaya)" is got a soulful and jazzy groove elements with Detroit sound from the piano samples. "Dual House Groove #5 (Album Edit)" is different version. It is not same for digital release 2011 version. It's feeling like deep Detroit techno in deep inside. "Takemacycle Part 3 (Instrumental Dub)" is a short track nice combination of female soulful vocal samples with deep tech dub sound. "Deepn'(The Backwoods Remix)" has beautiful guitar, strings and bass line getting balearic deep tech house. That's fit like a dawn time at outdoor party. Supported by Osunlade, Tokyo Black Star, Guy J, Reboot, Secret Cinema, Jim Rivers, John Tejada, MKL…
"Collage (Scene 2)" is track of interlude for this album. This track can find Ryoma's musical roots music hip hop, soul, jazz, techno and movie…. "Jules And Vega Talking About Foot Massage" is getting serious funky bouncy beats and talking about foot massage. It's so funny funky tune.
"Groove A'" is simply Detroit-ish techno style track. The percussion's track is groovin'. "Thoul Skitt" is using disco boogie sample's loop track of interlude for theis album. "Untitled 3.4" is also old school Detroit-ish techno style tune. "Catalyst (Autumn Evening Mix)" wrote it before. "Deepn'(Gonno Remix)" is slow-mo deep acid psychedelic house tune.Already strong supported by James Holden, Laurent Garnier and Osunlade.
