The Relaunch of Beatstrong Music Is Here!

We're proud to announce the relaunch of Beatstrong Music - the sister label to the now-retired but legendary Sampled Detroit. Known for its influential output of House and Techno, Sampled Detroit showcased artists from both Detroit and around the globe. Now, Beatstrong continues that legacy, dedicated to releasing quality music from both seasoned veterans and fresh talent.

Historically, the Beatstrong sound blends the soulful grit of Chicago and Detroit House, with a touch of Techno - and we especially love music that blurs the lines between them.

Kicking things off is none other than Beatstrong's founder and Detroit House legend, Chuck Daniels. A world-renowned DJ and producer, Chuck has been shaping the sound of underground dance music for nearly three decades. His music has been championed by some of the biggest names in the game - including multiple spins on Pete Tong's BBC Radio 1 show - and his remix work for labels like Seth Troxler's Play It Say It and Kevin Saunderson's iconic group Inner City has earned widespread acclaim.

Now, Chuck is back in full force - and he's just getting started.

For this first release, Chuck has teamed up with a couple of Detroit's finest:

Tall Black Guy, a fellow Detroit native known for his raw beats and sultry sound, fusing downtempo, hip-hop, and jazz with that unmistakable J Dilla swing.
Abby B, a soulful vocalist whose voice has graced numerous house tracks, including collaborations with Pirahnahead.
And just when you thought it couldn't get any better - this release includes a remix from Detroit OG Andres, bringing his signature deep house magic to the mix.

With such a powerhouse lineup, this release is poised to become a future deep house classic. Stay tuned - there's much more to come from Beatstrong Music.
