Quantize Recordings is absolutely stoked about “Make It Funky”. Muzikman Edition began crafting this track in February 2025, drawing inspiration from James Brown's raw energy and funky grooves, particularly the iconic "Make It Funky" chorus. Captivated by the song's natural swing, Muzikman Edition skillfully identified the key and chord progression, then infused his signature style with pulsating drums. The demo caught the attention of DJ Spen, who not only loved the track but elevated it with his own vocals, expert mixing, and arrangement. The result is a high-octane collaboration between two musical giants: Muzikman Edition and DJ Spen's "Make It Funky."
