Andrew Field, the UK-based producer behind Cloaked, resurfaces with an impressive 4-track EP that continues his sonic relationship with Roger Martinez's HIGHER STATES imprint. Following his 2021 release Extinction Burst / Rising Tide on the same label, Cloaked once again delivers his signature blend of driving progressive grooves, emotive melodies, big harmonic structures and space-bending atmospheres. On this EP he crafts music with a cinematic edge — Blade Runner-esque slow-burning arrangements built around subtle tension, layered harmony, and groove-driven momentum. Add to that the use of massive swirling effects and you get four big, festival sized tracks that draw attention through their unique character and sound design.

Inspired by a lifelong connection to electronic music and a background that spans both bedroom experimentation and club-focused refinement, Cloaked's sound is both technical and emotive at the same time. Cloaked's knowledge of and experience with electronic music goes back to the early beginnings of UK's 90s electronic dance music movements: their amalgamated sounds clearly echoing back into Cloaked's contemporary musical creations.

A self-confessed studio obsessive, Cloaked approaches music with patience and precision. With this latest EP , Cloaked expands the HIGHER STATES vision: genre-defying, deep, driving dance music that connects body and mind into a single moving frequency.
