Originally released in August of 2022, we felt like Take Me Away by BORKA FM was long overdue for some remix action. Up first is Lee Coombs with his silky smooth electro breaks reworking. A fresh synth bass line keeps the groove chugging along as he incorporates the original piano and vocal samples and weaves effortlessly through progressing sections. Pure ear candy through and through, the Lee Coombs remix strikes a balance between dance floor friendly and casual listening that is a difficult task to achieve. Hexadecimal rolls out some pounding drums and a fresh vocal sample for his remix as the original piano sample provides the central melodic focus. A galloping bass line, high strings, and filter-swept synths round out this high energy club anthem.
