Mattei & Omich, the Italian DJ/producer duo, have been key players in the international house music scene for years. In addition to their production work, they are also involved with one of Italy’s top dance radio stations while running their own labels. Their tracks have been featured on prestigious house labels such as Soulfuric, Milk & Sugar, and Toolroom, alongside their own imprints. Moreover, they have already delivered several successful releases on There Was Jack in the past.

Now, teaming up with Re-Tide, they present their brand-new single, 'Do You Wanna Dance', on our label. As always, their sound is deeply influenced by the funk and disco vibes of the '70s and '80s, which are strongly reflected in this new track. They skillfully combine a perfectly selected disco sample with techy beats and an energetic bassline that drives the groove.
