Esquimau returns with a small jubilee of the fifth release by Mexican producer Human By Nature. The three-track EP, Journey of Sound, features a remix by label head Igor Gonya. Human By Nature's music draws inspiration from classic house and vintage sampling techniques, blending swinging drums, jazzy chords, and gritty grooves with a contemporary edge. The title track, Journey of Sound, sets the mood with shimmering chords and sharp trumpet sample cuts, while a pulsating bassline deepens the track's rolling groove. Igor Gonya's Jackin Reinvent takes a more stripped-down approach, infusing high energy through a hard-hitting drum groove and a funky bassline.
