In a new edition of the Area Remote digital EP series, we welcome The Deepshakerz, Julio and Markomas. Domy Berardino and Mirco Sonatore are two young Italian DJ/Producers who form the artistic project The Deepshakerz, a perfect blend of various musical styles from vocal House, afro-beats, 90s Tech and Chicago style. 2012 was definitely the year of The Deepshakerz. They released the smash hit Chicago Blues on Intacto Records, which got great support from the likes of Pirupa, Tube & Berger, Jay Lumen and Riva Starr. They followed up with the warm and groovy Never Say EP, released on Intacto Records by the end of last year. In January of 2013, we first saw The Deepshakerz on Area Remote, bringing some cheeky Italian spirit to classic dance sounds with their 89 Feeling EP, which has had a great journey through the house charts worldwide. Marco Mascola, also known as Markomas, is a young Italian DJ/Producer born in the early nineties. He started discovering music as a way of life in his early years, and has developed a strong taste for colorful tech house in recent years. His productions have attracted the attention of the likes of Marco Corola and Richie Hawtin, and now 2000 and One, as Markomas releases this EP with his Italian friends on Area Remote. This Italian festa is completed with the addition of Julio (Italy). With only one previous release ever to his name, he is brand new to the scene, but a name to watch out for. Focusing on deep house and tech house, Julio is sure to storm the international charts and dancefloors with his deep and warm releases.
