Altere hails from Aberdeen, Scotland, and though he is still early in his career, he has already caught attention with a string of impressive tracks. The up-and-coming DJ/producer honed his production skills at the Toolroom Academy and recently won the London Sound Academy Remix competition. As a DJ, he’s had the chance to spin records in several renowned clubs across the UK. It goes without saying that Altere aims to make a lasting impact in the house music genre, where he blends trendy house beats with classic house and disco elements, complemented by passionate vocals in his productions. Recently, his tracks have been released on prestigious labels like Toolroom, HouseU, Total Freedom, and There Was Jack.
Now, he makes his debut on House Heads with the track ‘Ride On’, alongside the incredibly talented Elishama. The track's essence is built around straightforward house beats and a pulsating bassline, accompanied by a piano melody. The arrangement is enriched with a few disco elements and clever touches, while Elishama's vocals elevate the production to a whole new level.
