We love Curtis' original take on "Rich Girl". It has the same bass-fuelled minimal energy that we get from Paige Tomlinson's "Rocked It" and James View's "Party Time". That said, we wanted a version that we could play on big Ibizan stages or in the main room of our favourite London clubs, so we asked Kevin McKay to put on his "Work" hat (see what we did there?) and give us the kind of floor-smashing roller that would do the job. Never one to disappoint, he's delivered the brief to a tee. A chunky kick and cajon rhythm lead the way before a deep sub delivers some pumping groove for Tasty Lopez' killer delivery. A wee belter.
