Prolific remixer and soulful house authority Richard Earnshaw steps up to remix a classic from Next Phase on Sub-Urban, ‘I Ain’t Got Time’ featuring Helen Bruner & Terry Jones. The cult NYC label Sub-Urban is respected in the industry as one of the most consistent imprints for American garage and vocal house, now introducing the genre to new audiences with re-releases and remixes from the scenes leading artists. First released in April 1996, ‘I Ain’t Got Time’ is another production of label founder Tommy Musto that received countless remixes over the years, including one from British garage pioneer Grant Nelson. Now the multi-faceted, classically-trained house music expert Richard Earnshaw delivers a remix that respects the grand vocals of the original, adding a hefty dose of soulful instrumentation underneath to accentuate the record’s timeless sound.
