Lost Archives I

Skudge / Different World

Indigo Aera
AERA007.1 | 2013-03-11
Number one out four vinyls on Indigo aera's new “Lost Archives” series including unreleased material from artists close to the label. Expect some special gems on each release. Limited to 377 copies, no repress. Act quick as they are gone with the blink of an eye. A1: Skudge with a special re-version of the intro they use often in their live setup. From the start this track keeps on building. Real tension for the dancefloor. B1: Claude Young & Takasi Nakajima did this track some years ago under their Different World alias. a real emotive hi tech soul techno track. the track never came out but they shared it with a few. For example Marcel Fengler put it on his Ostgut/Berghain mix CD. We think it's just about time that this track finally get's released.

Different World is like deep house sculpted out of ivory and porcelain, glossy yet weighty. I dig.
