Kicking off this new venture with a Ltd edition vinyl press, the Clear Waters E.P. presents two fresh cuts that bring a warm, rich and organic sound, representing an invigorating re-rub of classic house aesthetics.
Having cut their teeth over the last decade DJing, promoting and being intoxicated in the metamorphic underground scene of East London, Silk 86 remain resolute in disregarding genres in favour of incorporating their eclectic musical backgrounds. An upbringing drenched in Hip-Hop has brought a unified ethic to their sound, with a penchant for smooth basslines, hypnotic synths, and crisp percussive cuts that highlight a production prestige and confidence that outweighs their years.
