When Groove Junkies & Reelsoul (Groove N' Soul) team up they always bring the heat! Whether collaborating on original tunes like 'My Truth' feat. Nichelle Monroe and 'I Am' feat. Solara, or producing tasty covers like 'Risin' To The Top' feat. Tertulien Thomas & 'Love & Happiness' feat. Mijan - the duo's respective styles mesh like a hand in glove. This time around they tap the extraordinary talent of Tertulien & Mijan once again and take on the Ashford & Simpson classic 'It Seems To Hang On.'

In an effort to appease life long supporters of Nick & Valerie (and their iconic song) and also appeal to a whole new generation of fans - the goal was to stay true to the original, but also put a modern twist on things. We couldn't be happier with the end result! Part 1 features a gorgeous Philly inspired 'Groove N' Soul' Classic Vox, Instrumental & Reprise. And Part 2 will spotlight the incredibly gifted David Harness on remix duties. We hope you love this beautifully crafted cover of a timeless masterpiece as much as we do.
