Joshua Calleja is back for his third release on Northern Parallels with “Blonde Dimension”. Joshua’s raw signature hypnotic sounds make this one his best yet and shows why he’s one of the best up-and-coming producers from Malta.

“Blonde Dimension” starts with the title track, a stripped-down peak time track that builds with acidic synth sequences, natural rhythmic percussion, and a kick drum that will test any sound system's limit.

Jason Patrick and Mike Derer pair up once again on remixing duties for “Blonde Dimension”. Jason and Mike’s signature sounds and styles blend perfectly for this peak-time banger. Their interpretation starts with a deep-in-your-chest rolling kick that carries into a modulated hypnotic synth pattern throughout the track that will bring back flashbacks or create new ones.

“Mindless Chaos” is the second original track on the release from Joshua. It’s a straightforward heavy peak time cut, with subtle grooves that evolve. Close your eyes, forget your name, and forget the world-type vibes.

The final track on the release comes from Minneapolis veteran, Steve Seuling aka Centrific. Centrific graces us with his lysergic dub remix of “Mindless Chaos”. Steve’s remix is genius and could be described in many ways. If Donato Dozzy and Hunter S. Thompson were to make music together, it would sound something like this. Eight minutes of deep, tension-building textures and grooves that expand, unfold, and open beautifully.
