Francesco Mami is back on Rhythm Cult with a brand-new EP called "Oceans of Caledan" that displays his excellent rhythmic ability and deep techno aesthetic. After delivering a remix of Dan Wild's "From The Earth" that destroyed dance floors, Mami now releases an EP that is sure to enthral label lovers.

"Oceans of Caledan," a four-track EP, offers proof of Mami's distinctive sound. Piter (Ageless Mix), the album's opening track, hypnotizes the listener with an intense tribal groove, complicated conga patterns, and deep bass. With glitchy voices that pop in and out of the mix and a swinging bass rhythm that drives the song forward, "Hulud," a collaboration with renowned French producer Julien Chaptal, is a stunning deep exploration. The more experimental "Idaho" was created in partnership with London-based producer Mooday Waters. The song keeps the groove rolling while pushing the boundaries of electronic music with dissonant chimes and searing acid static. The EP is completed with "Duncan," a joint effort with Eric D. Clark, who adds soulful, spaced-out vocals to Mami's recognizable dark tribal sounds. The vocals of Eric D. Clark, who is well known for his work at Whirlpool Productions, give the song more depth and take it to a higher level.
