Two of the scene's most lauded and well-loved producers, Amphia co-founder Cristi Cons and Gettraum boss Traumer are no strangers to FUSE, having released on the label and sister imprint INFUSE while joining label head Enzo Siragusa at a wealth of events across the globe. Opening 2023 in style, late January sees Bucharest meet Paris as the pair unveil three captivating and absorbing collaborations for the second release in FUSE's newly launched X Series with 'Stranger To No One'.
A warping and meandering ride through rich soundscapes, underpinned by subtle low-end grooves and crisp percussion arrangements, 'Stranger To No One' is a hypnotising title production that builds and builds before introducing a killer acid groove to the mix. On the flip, B1 'Apres Midi' switches things up as luminous synths and crisp drums guide hazy textures and further understated acid elements, before closing the show with the moody and menacing after-hours sonics of the darker, breaks-tinged 'Farside'.
