We've had a rough few years not being together in the summer. It's the season internationally in the house culture where good music is celebrated around the world. People of all races colors and creeds having fun doing what we love. It's about celebrating music and the summertime. And Brukel Music wanted to create a celebratory anthem for house music's festive traditional season.
It started when Brutha Basil conceived an original narrative igniting a fuse that sparked his Brukel Music partner the brilliant and versatile producer Kelvin Sylvester. Bringing this beautifully prepared production to life "Summertime". This song has that modern day groove with that old school good festive feeling.
Growing up in the 60's and 70's live shows and bands always had an unbelievable diva belting out vocals. Basil wanted to give the song that same good feeling and that's exactly what was captured musicality wise. With the cherry on the tasty treat being the amazingly talented and beautiful Sacha Williamson is showcased bringing her unbelievable energy to this climatic fun tune.
In addition the incomparably musicianship of Yuki Kaneska is featured making it a gem of a package.
