If, like us, you were big fans of the US legal drama "Suits", you will have heard Stealth's incredible vocals. For the uninitiated, "Suits" is a story about a guy who managed to talk his way into a law firm without ever going to law school. So for five seasons, we follow him around, waiting for his lies to catch up with him. When things finally do, and he realises he is getting caught, Stealth's epic song "Judgement Day" plays over the montage. Powerful stuff! On this single, Stealth (or Shaun Smith as he's known to his friends) proves he is as adept at dancefloor lyrics as he is on the big screen. On "Beggin' For Change," he delivers a killer bluesy vocal for producer-extraordinaire James Hurr and legendary London DJ Smokin Jo. House music & the blues are always a good mix, and Stealth's song about an artist trapped by meagre earnings is masterfully put to a thumping guitar groove by Jo & Hurr. So if you like "Suga" by Green Velvet & Technasia or "Sete" by BLOND:ISH and Amadou & Mariam, this could be for you.
