With intent to be a club banger, Black Woman Cry delivers serious heat on the beats here. Pulsating stabs form the atmosphere while the haunting sounds of women’s screams of the world’s pain. ‘Brand New Hope’ is a happier affair where vocal samples create the song. ‘Spectrum’ is probably the most electronic Osunlade project to date. Created in 2019 during the first lockdown but held until now, this forthcoming offering delivers something for every house genre and scene.
