Another Big Tune from the creative Mind, DJ, Producer, Radio Personality, Voting Member at the Recording Academy Grammys-New York chapter Raf n' Soul who is bringing his Sicilian roots to the world.

A magnificent combination among Sicilian Language, Cultures, Religions, Vibes merged with Electronic Dance Underground - Folk - Classical - Latin and Afro Beat.

He was right when he said during the behind the scene video on Youtube: -I was thinking of something special, but I didn't aspect to end up with something like that! That was possible because all the talented musicians and studio engineers involved on this project took everything to the next level with their talent who also understand my vision for this project strongly influenced by the folklore and sounds from the Ancient Sicilian Culture.

By the way according to Raf n’ Soul the idea for this project was born during one of his live DJ Set from New York, when he played an acappella by the Grammy Awards Winning Singer Falu Shah from India based in New York, mixed live with an afro-electronic beat, this unusual combination of sounds took him way back to his Sicilian roots which is a mix of middle eastern - African, Arabic, Spanish, Greek, Turkish vibe, the same vibrations he heard also from a live interpretation by the folk singer Michela Musolino for a song called Rova Ngoma/ Palummedda which means “in African' Dance the Rhythm / "IN Sicilian" Dove, according to the Sicilian Musicologist Lionardo Vigo from 1800 this is one of the oldest Sicilian song.

The beauty of this genre can be easily identified as WORLD MUSIC.
