Various artists are behind the 20th release on Overtones Records and they all come correct including Adonis Rivera, Andres Shockwave, Andy Martinez, Dane Gutz, Dow.Jones, and label boss Tony Guerra.

Adonis Rivera opens up with 303 Fever, a punchy and slick house cut with warped acid lines and rolling drums. It's for the heads in the dead of night, that's for sure. Andres Shockwave then offers El Segundo, a knotted and twisted tech cut with bobbling bass. It's tough and tight, with a fractured vocal line up top to bring the heat.

Andy Martinez and Dane Gutz combine for Sexy Girl, which is a choppy cut with brilliant drum programming and a seductive and sleazy spoken word vocal. Dow.Jones keeps it deep and funky with Hold Me Close, a balmy cut with circling pads and a well sampled vocal stitched into a future house vibe. Last of all Tony Guerra's Botswana layers up tops, kicks, hits and synths into a high pressure and forward facing cut for the peak time.

Overtones Records's 20th release is its most essential yet.
