After a little summer break, normal service has resumed at Seven Music. This autumn we have lots of quality music in store for you and to kick things off, we welcome a new name to the Seven Music family.
Sonarsson is Polish native Marcin Kozinski. Over the last five years he has based himself between Dublin, Ireland and Goiania, Brazil, but just recently return to Gdansk, Poland. Inspired by the likes of Jeff Mills, Pacou, Surgeon and Basic Channel, Marcin began making Techno around 10 years ago. Releasing several 12"s on Ignition Technician (UK), Vernacular (Aus) and 1220 (Ger). It's only recently that he has turned his hand to the Deep House sound. The 'Burning Up' EP is a no nonsense, straight up House affair, featuring two BIG bassline, piano and vocal sample led tracks that are sure to light up any dancefloor!
On remix duties we brought back our main man Orlando B. Hot on the heels of his 'City Life' EP (which is currently getting heavy support from Jimpster, Crazy P and 6th Borough Project), Orlando has turned in an old skool, UK Garage House inspired cut. Skippy beats, deep pads, chopped up vocals and Orlando's signature lead sound, set the vibe for another wicked remix!
