Avoidant drops Part 2 of the Distortion Strategy series, focussing on some of the best up and coming Electro producers currently making waves in the scene. Each artist bring s their unique take on the genre from classic upfront, club focussed tracks to the more thought provoking.

Previous collaborator, Confluence, opens with ‘Wrong Clock’s, a twisted and brooding affair the young producers adept sound design shines through. Blast Attack quickens the paces sharply with the sci-fi inspired ‘Singularity’ as it’s mind melting synth hooks and FX twist and turn at every corner. Sound Synthesis drops the UK Bass influenced ‘Auditory Space’. A proper squelchy yet emotive track, it’s searing pads glisten atop radiating percussive synths. Continuing on the emotive tip, Zequenx’s ‘Imposter Alert’ creates a contemplative atmosphere through precision programming as each element in the track flows perfectly into another. Terrestrial Access Network’s deep and absorbing ‘Stress’ closes out the VA and crisp 808 beats lay the foundations to an ethereal soundscape of lush pads and buzzing bass.
