This release has been inspired by an event that shocked earth in 1908, known as the Tunguska Explosion. This event saw a meteorite of the estimated size of a 25 story building, entering the atmosphere in the center of Russia, in a region now known as Krasnoyarsk Krai. The asteroid had an airborne explosion, producing a rain of Fireballs, as described by the locals at the time, it went on to destroy several thousand kilometers of the frozen forests of Siberia, crashing windows and knocking people of their feet. It is the largest registered asteroid to have ever hit earth in the Human Age. The sample used on Strange Phenomenon is taken from a documentary of the infamous event in the beginning of the 20th century
