1987 - Somewhere in the depths of the Cold War - In an abandoned Dutch zoo, a NATO military parappsychologist is researching the extra-sensory powers of a Siamese cat and a chess playing chimpanzee named Albert. After the Soviets discover the project the team members are in danger. The parapsychologist and his animal friends escape via a small sailling boat and head out towards a mysterious island that has been haunting the Siamese cat's visions.
