As we reach number 84 on our quest to showcase some of the best electronics Ireland has to offer. We are delighted to host long-time Belfast-based producer Gary Spence aka T-Polar, who has been making music since the late '90s, releasing a range of material on labels including Morris Audio, Karloff, Acroplane, Secret Life & Rebirth.
Formerly one of the founding members of cult Belfast club night Ecker, Gary's DJ sets and productions incorporate everything from chilled out oddities, hip hop, leftfield garage, off-kilter soul & electronica to tripped-out house music.
T-Polar has delivered an incredible three-track EP of sublime house music that has touches of R&B, garage, and incredible synth work throughout.
T-Bone & Moregain up the garage pressure on their club-ready version of District Snacks, Reger goes slow and brooding on his future R&B mix of Plex, while Sam Pyper takes Plex for a choppy breakbeat ride.
