Influenced by analog gear, synthesis & live music, Castrin builds his 2nd Ep Nabta Playa. The vibrant, yet dark and heavy sounds of Ma’at and Duat were made with an analog rig and a blend of Logic Pro routing and effects plugins.


The EP name and tracks are influenced & named after ancient Egyptian terminology with deep meaning behind each name. “Nabta Playa” is an astronomical site where people would come together for ceremony and manifests the deep connection between an artist and its creation. "Ma’at" represents truth, balance and harmony. "Duat" is the underworld in Ancient Egypt.
