Emerging Liverpudlian talent Eldon makes his VIVa MUSiC debut with his 'Razer' EP, backed by remixes from Joseph Edmund and Shaaker.
An artist making a splash in the house world, with releases via the likes of Richy Ahmed's Four Thirty Two and Solardo's Sola, Liverpool-based DJ and producer Eldon is a new name quickly making an impact. Having surged onto the scene via his debut release back in Feburary, he now makes his first appearance on VIVa MUSiC as he drops his 'Razer' EP, with remixes from Manchester favourite Joseph Edmund and Birmingham-born talent Shaaker.
The lively 'Pussy Popper' kicks off proceedings as chunky metallic drums and bumping sub-bass merge with bold vocal samples to offer up an energetic opener, whilst 'Freak That' lays the focus on chunky percussion, shaking hats and futher vocal work. Next up, 'Joss' rounds out the trio of originals via a series of spiralling synths, rubbery bass licks and disco-tinged samples. Joseph Edmund's take on opening track 'Pussy Popper' sees an added emphasis on percussion as he re-works and warps the original's commanding vocals, before Shaaker's remix closes the package with the rising name working driving low-ends and escalating leads to shape up proceedings.
Eldon 'Razer' EP drops via VIVa MUSiC on 8th October 2021.
