When Dreaming Awake label boss Treavor Moontribe heard Jonny Jenkins recite the Pandemic Poem he knew instantly it must be made into a track! The powerful words brought people to tears and are deeply relevant in todays world. It's not political, there is no side taken or controversy, just a powerful piece about how we humans have got ourselves into a big mess and how we can use this moment in time to create a more beautiful world to live in.....no longer the me generation, it's the we generation!!!

When the initial idea for the track was shared with Australian producer Jamie Stevens and Treavor asked him if he'd like to join him in creating the track, Jamie was also enthralled by the power of the words and instantly agreed to get involved. The end result is a deep tribal techno(ish)/house(ish) beauty that begins on the darker side to flow with the heavier part of the poem, slowly building into gorgeous melodies to compliment the more uplifting and positive second half of the poem.

We seriously hope that many people also feel the power of these words and take them to heart. We absolutely can create a more beautiful and positive world...The We Generation!
