Tracy is a Baltimore-born classically trained vocalist, songwriter, and has executive-produced five solo R&B/Jazz albums.

Tracy has performed in over 50 countries as a solo artist, as lead vocalist with Pieces of a Dream, and as a lead background vocalist with Disco Queen, Gloria Gaynor. In addition, Tracy has performed with Carlos Santana, Marcus Miller, Chaka Khan, Wynona Judd, and Esperanza Spaulding to name a few.

In addition, Tracy stays current as a recording artist by consistently releasing Soulful Dance music singles in collaboration with International Producers for a variety of record labels worldwide.
