Glasgow Underground has always had a solid connection to Paris. The Scots and the French share a common bond anyway but, in music, through our early releases and Romanthony we met DJs and artists like Daft Punk, Pedro Winter, D'Julz, David Duriez, Lauren Garnier and so on. Norman Doray's artist career began as part of the new wave of French talent at the end of the 00s. I love his big room approach, and so when he came to us with an idea for a collaboration, I was immediately interested. Inspired by classic French sample house, "Let Me Work On You" cuts up Sharon Browne's "I Specialize In Love" and reworks the melodies into a peak-time piano groove.
