With a slew of killer releases under its belt, Disturb engages this summer of hope by summoning Hollden, their long-time musical ally and fellow countryman techno wizard. And the timing couldn't be better for the Portuguese producer, preceding a series of releases in some highly regarded labels later in the year, right on schedule to remind us yet again of his ability to cast a wide aesthetic net around all matter of dancefloor shoals, with no writer's block in sight. Not too long, not too short, this EP clocks exactly at four outrageous tracks, kicking off with the menacingly exotic beats of lead track 'Iron Skirt', before devolving into meta-psychosis follow-up 'Humans Are Human Too', a fitting exercise in bleepy extravaganza for the strong willed. The release then closes with a double-header of nervous passions, as the original mix of 'Out Of Line' provides the listener with a relentless onslaught of hypnotic stabs, while its manic reverse version, courtesy of Italian legend Alex Dolby, wraps up the festivities in undeniable style.
