As the New Year kicks in to life Papa Records are very proud to present The Realm's second release on the label, a track called 'One Step' that will have you up and grooving on those cold January nights!

The Realm is a stellar collaborative project that features Oli Lazarus and Toni Economides alongside Darien, who delivers the stunning vocals on this single. The guys got together last summer when Darien was over in the UK recording vocals for the new Reel People album and out of those sessions 'One Step' was written. Here we give you mixes from The Realm themselves and also two super cool remixes courtesy of Sweden's favourite Rasmus Faber, who show's his other side, with a more tech-house approach combining percussion and strings, that will undoubtedly have the main room floors jumping around in no time at all.

So who are The Realm?

Toni Economides is a member of KV5 and one of London's most sought after producers and engineers. Renowned for his ability to make even the best tracks sound 10% better you'll find Toni's name on a lot of the hot records coming out of London these days, working with artists such Bugz In The Attic, Da Lata, Tarantulaz, Fanatix as well as our very own Reel People.

Oli Lazarus is the founder of Papa Records and Reel People. With the release of Reel People's 'Seven Ways To Wonder' and new single's from The Realm, 2008 is set to be another big year for Oli and the Papa Records crew!!

Darien is an exciting new vocalist who featuries on Reel People's brand new single 'Alibi'. Coming from Mount Vernon in New York, Darien has emerged from NY's underground soul scene and is set to wow fans with his stunning tone and warm vocals.
