From the depths of Los Angeles, Skonka emerges with his own funky, yet creative musical perspective. Having released on labels House of Hustle, Hood Politics, Spoon Fed, and Tech Avenue, Skonka's been gaining rapid support throughout the Electronic community. The past few years have shaped up to be some of his best yet, as his music continues to gain the praise of immediate peers and well-known DJs; Golf Clap, Illyus & Barrientos, Paco Osuna, and Juliet Fox to name a few. We're absolutely thrilled to release Skonka's latest EP titled "Girl" - which features two incredibly well executed originals and a remix by LA's very own, D. Zeledon. You can bet that the title track "Girl" will break dance floors with its deep massaging bass lines and larger than life sirens and FX. The track is in great company as D. Zeledon, who continues to progress his DJ career, adds his classic Tech House touch to the release. Both artists are breaking through the local LA underground scene, and we feel a tremendous sense of pride to host their music on the label yet again.
