Multi award winning, decade spanning, film scoring UK electronic duo Hybrid return to this scarred and embattled world with the first single from what will be their sixth studio album (July 2021).

'Flashpoint' doesn't try to hide it's wide screen filmic dynamics, with soaring melodies, trademark thunderous bass and driving synths up front and centre; meanwhile, the rolling breaks that have underpinned the duo's twenty five year career have rarely sounded more current than in today's electronic landscape.

The remix comes from new Brainfeeder artist Tutara Peak (aka; Ekcle) and anyone familiar with Flying Lotus's bespoke and hallowed imprint won't be surprised to discover a meditative six minute + musical journey, one that still manages to pack understated, punchy energy amongst reflective auditory pools and abstract, off-trail musical excursions.
