Lex Luca's In Tune imprint welcome talented UK producer AllDis to the roster with an impressive 2 track EP.
Rising star AllDis generated significant attention over 2020 with key players in the scene, like Hot Since 82 and Roger Sanchez, giving praise to his numerous releases. He's hitting the ground running for 2021, as he makes his debut release for In Tune Records.
The title-track 'Bad Habits' is an infectious wall of sound filled with intricate percussive tones and textures. The track gives subtle nods to early house music with deep sawtooth stabs, dreamy pads and a catchy 303 inspired bass line. The highpoint of this track is a euphonious female vocal that meanders through the mix, like rich honey to the ears.
On the flipside is 'Earthquake'. Bringing hypnotic vibes that fit those late night dark room dance floors. Mysterious vox chops, vibrant tops, an intimidating rolling bassline. Senses are captivated with syncopated knocks and percussion that provides depth to the track.
While the two tracks are inherently quite different, they complement each other effortlessly and make for some inspiring listening.
