Shuksan are, by their own admission, 'just a couple of dudes from Seattle'. Nevertheless, they've made quite an impression since breaking into the scene in 2018. Signed to Motion, Material and YOMO already, the future looks bright.
Opening with 'Broken Groove', futuristic bleeps and vocal cuts combine with beats and bass for a stripped back techy vibe. Title track, 'Rock Yo Body' continues the trend with a Tom-led bassline and sparse percussion. Finally, 'Shades On' struts from the speakers with self-assuredness and class.
