Time has come to sum up 2020 with a very special compilation. 'Family Piknik - Casa de Flamingos All Stars 2020' is a collection of the 15 most marking releases of the year, with key remixes and the strongest original tracks released these past months. It also features a 2 hours continuous mix by Tom Pooks himself, recorded during the lockdown. French maestro gives much relief to these 2020 releases, incorporating some additional effects, adding some hypnotic loops to build a timeless mixed manifesto.

'Family Piknik - Casa de Flamingos All Stars 2020' also comes with 5 exclusive bonus tracks. Opening track is a new collab from Tom Pooks & Joy Kitikonti. 'Journey to France' is a solid techno rocket playing with a quiet trancy synth theme on top of acid loops. Then, regular Family Piknik members Pontias & Mood Gorning team up for 'Branca', dropping a bunch of percussions into a deep groovy minimal build-up. The mysterious melodic theme will take you by surprise, spreading a very interesting oriental flavor. French duo The Dualz, who had a wonderful year thanks to their remix for Cadillac Express on our label and top releases on Anjunadeep, deliver 'Acid Dream', a brand new original song with solid intentions. Deep bass, smoothly acid plucks, discret vocals, are all cooked together to make us travel into a generous Progressive atmosphere. French talent Essence of Time also explores a very Progressive mood along with Brazilian newcomer TIY on 'Consequences'. Spacy arpeggios and hypnotic melodies lead us to an epic track. Final track is coming from Colombia, with Nosssia & Rhodas offering the perfect melodic-techno anthem. 'Universe Things' is dramatically intense in its progression, with complex textures dealing with obvious melodies. A very well balanced composition leading us to a pretty ecstatic state of consciousness.
