Riddim Fernandez has proven himself a tireless, limitless producer. With several other releases this year on Squinty Bass and Black Fox, in addition to three other fully-stocked EPs in this series for Woodwork. His vision, abilities, and output seem to expand exponentially. While we've seen his music skirt the realms of bass music, dubstep, drum n bass, halftime, dancehall and hip hop, the sound dive just goes deeper with each new batch of stunning works, and this time we have nowhere we can place these songs but in a category that is completely their own.

'Slowly Does It', 'Slow Burn Into Orbit', and 'Smooth Groove' operate on some fringe groove between downtempo deep house, lo fi beats, and ambient dub. 'Embrace the Abyss', 'She Said She Lovin' the Flow' and 'Fluid Moves' find layered melodies, sweeping atmospheric cliffhanger breakdowns, and beats that range from mid tempo dubstep, subdued half-time trap, and hip hop swirling and swapping throughout.

The combination of bold, adventurous styling, signature sonic construction and destruction, and a fresh look at every influence injected into his work, Riddim Fernandez accomplishes something that few others ever really manage to such a degree - crafting a totally personal style of music.
