Shamrock Guitor goes independent with a new record label
After years of experience in the music industry, Thembinkosi Shamrock Ndala has decided that it%u2019s time to make his mark on South African soil. Better known as Shamrock Guitor, the Urban Afro-beat artist has just released a new single, titled Utekka, and is now signed under a new record label, Gotto Records(SA).
Shamrock, well known as a guitarist, but with %u201CUtekka%u201D he has added a new flavour by lending his vocals to the hot new track. %u201CUtekka%u201D will be pre-released on the 5th of March and released on the 10th of March 2020, on all major online music stores.
The accomplished artist and producer, was previously signed to Peng Records, based in the UK, where he released two albums titled %u201CAfrican Music by African People%u201D(released on vinyl) and %u201CUnapologetic African Sounds%u201D respectively, which were both received well by the world over.
Shamrock Guitor has shared stages with artists such as Andy Compton of The Rurals, Celestine, Clive Bean, Charles Webster, Kafele Bandele, Julien Gomez, Seun Mac Cabe and many others, is set to do his single launch tour across South Africa as well as abroad, from April 2020.
With his involvement in Gotto Records, Shamrock is aiming to enhance South African audiences%u2019 knowledge on African music and getting them to love and appreciate the quality of his sounds.
