Think City are first timers on Katermukke but do instantly drop off a big EP, which settles in the slower fields at least regarding BPM. ‚Labyrinthe D’amour’ is a piece conveying a hypnotic vibe. Eastern flutes, repetitive arps and the French enchanting vocals underline this especially. The second track is called ‚Perfect One‘. The self-explanatory track is a collaboration with Ernest Oh and throws in a very good mood coming from the sweet bells, rhythmic hand drums, near eastern strings and mind pleasing synths coming in like a gentle stroke. Next up is the mind carrying groove of ‚Aviero‘. The waving bassline, indistinctive vocals, picked strings and the late incoming hang drum is the result of teaming up with Akuba. This is followed by ‚Casero‘ for which the boys got together with Jean Vayat. It is a rattling piece that invites one immediately to step around on the dance floor. Finally there is ‚Santur‘. For this one Think City invited Kioomars Musayyebi a virtuose Santur player, who came up with remarkable play that is fused with the heaviest of all sound scapes.
