Nicolo Simonelli & OniWax is the union between two veteran djs and producers from Padova, near Venice in Italy.
They started their collaboration with the famous project called Kasbah Zoo (a duo formed by Nicolo Simonelli) and OniWax, more techno oriented, that released on some of the best labels all around the world like the Carl Cox's INTEC, Nicole Moudaber's MOOD, Oliver Huntemann's SENSO SOUNDS, Kevin Saunderson's KMS RECORDS, Kaiserdisco's KD RAW, Tiefschwarz's SOUVENIR MUSIC and more.
After to have stopped the old project they changed their music style and to put more freshness and a new identity on the brand they changed the name in NICOLO SIMONELLI & ONIWAX. The new project in few time bring them on the biggest labels of the genre like Madorasindahouse, Radiant, Go Deeva Records just to name a few.
They run for more than 10 years also a record label called Zoo:Technique, that released some of the more interesting artists of the Techno scene. With the new identity they decided also to close the old label to found a new one, that after some years of work, take form under the name of REENBOOG.
Their music style is characterized by synth melodies, warm vocals and percussive groove, always focusing on the dancefloor.
