Anonymous producer Kilig debuts on Scuffed Recordings with the 'Dream Logic' EP, fusing together elements of UK-influenced techno, minimal, ambient and industrial.
The 'Dream Logic' EP is the latest in a string of releases from London's Kilig, who has turned heads of late with DJ support from the likes of Ben UFO, Call Super, Saoirse, and Midland, and radio plays on BBC Radio 1, 6 Music, and the Introducing Hot List.
From the intricate sound design and melodic flourishes of the title track, to the percussive depth charge of 'Ape', to the imaginative vocal cuts and minimal throb of closer 'I'm Trying', the release is a journey through Kilig's eclectic production style, honed as a resident of London's Night Tales and Bristol's HOMEBREW parties.
Ian DPM and High Class Filter's Scuffed Recordings has continued to go from strength to strength throughout 2020, with releases from returning artists like Chungo and Stones Taro, as well as new names to the label like Heritage and An Avrin.
