We are continuing our output in these trying times of 2020. This time we bring you a newcomer to the family, but not to house music. After meeting Osunlade years back a seed was planted and de.xx has been working on his craft to deliver his debut release on our beloved Yoruba imprint. This release is unlike any other to come before. It’s deep, dark, personal and quite unique in every way. From ‘Daughter Of Africa’ with its lovely and poignant spoken delivery and the added appeal of Osunlade’s hand, to ‘Proje’’ with its quirky yet funky deepness, this album speaks volumes in its own language, combining ethnic middle eastern influences with everything from afro, to the deepest grove imaginable.
