Simon Vinyl Junkie is one of the original English house music pioneering DJs from the 80's. He worked as a sound engineer/DJ for the legendary D.i.y. Sound system in the 90's and was also signed to Xpress 2's label who released many of his tracks on vinyl back in the days. He has also had several releases on Workroom records and runs several independent labels. As well as house music he is world renowned for his reggae and ska music.

Umyekele Kanjani is an afro house track with a large dose of tribal gospel.
Simon was influenced by the BLM movement to make this track.
