Edmondson reveals his re-imaginatoin of Athlete Whippet's 'Every' from their recent EP 'Your Love Is Lifting Me', which gathered support from the likes of Annie Mac (via BBC 1), Mixmag, DJ Mag, Rinse FM, Worldwide FM, Ransom Note, amongst many others, and saw the duo in the guest mix for Jamz Supernova and Red Bull Music. The Newcastle-via-Berlin producer has made a name for himself through releases on Me Me Me and Hypercolour, as well as running his own imprint Lissoms. His rework is premiering via the influential Majestic Casual channel on Youtube (4.5m subscribers) and a week later on EELF (150k subscribers). Edmondson's rework is part a bigger remix package also featuring the likes of Aleksandir and Cameo Blush, and will be celebrated with an Athlete Whippet release special on Rinse FM featuring all contributing remixers.

From the harmonic sensibilities of Istanbul-based Wunderkind Aleksandir to the sci-fi-inspired UK breaks of Nick Hoppner-protégé Cameo Blush, the result of no boundaries are six beautifully crafted reimaginations that each hold their own, all the while keeping the original integrity of the EP - to lift and connect with emotion.

“For us, music has always drawn its power from community, compassion and collaboration and these are the main motivations for our label Squareglass which often acts as a platform to debut new talent from our South London base. Getting together with people to create has obviously been more difficult over the past few months but even when making music alone we work from the ground that our inspirators have left for us. In line with that, we wanted to give the artists that have generously contributed to this collection - friends and inspirators in their own rights - a free hand, and we love what happened here. All of these reimaginations are seen through the lense of each artists' own emotions and experiences.”
