Opening track "The Shadows" hits you right from the first beat. The guys cleverly build tension layering arps, pulsing bass, tight rhythms and soaring ethnic vocal refrains. It's at the two and a half minute mark where we are treated to a warm piano breakdown leading us into a sense of lull before they kick back in epic fashion.
"What If" follows and a bouncing bass merges with clattering percussion to take us to a break where the male vocal leads the way to a heads down, driving progressive builder.
To round off the package "Mojo" is a leaping and bumping cut with ethnic flair, complete with tinkling arps, squelching analogs and euphoric synths.
