After operating as an improvisational, live only act, Bazalt spent February 2020 in a studio in Berlin finalising their debut EP “Koeatgo”. In many ways this represents a milestone for Bazalt, who up until this point have been working solely with live performances and improvisation. Still, the track bears all the distinct signs of Bazalt in the way the come across live; Energetic, polyrhythmical, rough and industrial techno from modular synthesizers.
The EP comes with several of Bazalt’s friends’ interpretations of the track, adding perspectives and dimensions not so commonly present in Bazalt’s own universe;
Monodogue (Physical Pattern)
Frederik Bekkåsen (Physical Pattern)
Chiraya (Ploink, Entrepôt)
+plattform (Ploink, Gråtone)
Liðvarð (Occult Research, Mystic & Quantum)
Mastered By Giuseppe Tillieci, aka Neel, at Enisslab, Rome
