'Barcelonean' Dany Cohiba is one of the most consistent and hardworking names in the music industry. With more than 30 years in the dance circuit as DJ /Producer and with more than 400 releases, compilations, albums and remixes to date.

As DJ, Dany has worked in many prestige clubs in his country (Spain) and for many international venues and events including the Ministry of Sound and Hed Kandi.

His work has received huge support from DJs and producers like: Carl Cox, Paul Oakenfold, Umek, Bob Sinclar, Stonebridge, Erick Morillo, Tocadisco, Roger Sanchez, ATFC, and many others.

Dany began releasing tracks in the 90's with labels like, Vale Music, Tempo Music, Pierre Lawel Records. Also producing tracks with renowned artists such as Topazz, author of the song 'The New Millennium' which reached number one in the British dance charts.

Dany Cohiba was also one of the first Spanish remixers to work for DMC (Disco Mix Club) remixing the famous song from Deep Purple 'Smoke on The Water' Official 40th Anniversary remix.

Dany has also remixed and collaborated with international superstar artists like, Cher, Crystal Waters , Deep Purple, Jessica Sutta (The Pussycat Dolls) Steve 'Silk' Hurley, DJ Skip, Snoop Dogg, Eddie Amador, Ron Carroll, Dave Stewart (Ex Eurythimics) and many others.

His power packed sample libraries 'A Journey Into House' and 'Groove Weapons' for Loopmasters, have also been a great success.

Dany is currently signed to labels like Sure Player Recordings, Stealth Records, Sony Music, Toolroom, Warner Music, Hed Kandi,S&S Records, Whartone, Natura Viva, Beat Therapy, MuzikXpress, Tiger Records, Stereo Productions/ Almibar, Pacha Recordings and Moblack.
